Shipping policy
Please note Rekha Mistry only ships to the UK right now. We are working on adding additional territories.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are delivered by our shipping partner DHL Express.
When placing your order please ensure the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to amend details on an order once submitted or redirect orders for security reasons. Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Delivery times are estimates only but we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.
We cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking email, so that you can monitor its progress whilst in transit.
Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive days. After 5 days without communication, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.

We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over £500, which can take up to 2-3 business days from date of dispatch.
Orders under £500 are charged at £8 and will be dispatched in 2-3 days.
International Shipping
We currently only offer UK shipping, if you see an item you love and you're located outside the UK, please email us at customercare@rekhamistry.com and we will endeavour to help.
